Good afternoon all! I hope we are all well.
Today I wish to discuss a few things again. Today is my last full day as a fresher in halls. I've been packing for the last two days gradually, and I actually think I have generally everything packed. I know I have a few little things around that once I have everything else loaded up I will have to go around and collect to take home but for now I feel pretty ready to go. However, I am not actually going home - I am going to my Aunty's for a week, and am dogsitting at the weekend, which means I will not get home until next Tuesday, 1st June. Yes, JUNE! How is it almost June already?! Then once I get home I'm going straight up to Bronwen's on the Wednesday for a couple of days, and then we are off to our DoubleTake day in London on the Friday :D I've seen loads of people have these days and put the photos on Facebook, and however much I would like to do this, I have looked at the prices and there is nooo way that I could afford these, but it will be a really good experience. After this I am home for a couple of weeks, then back up to Leeds to see the house girls for next year and move the stuff I'm leaving here into the new house. We will probably go out on the 1st July, then I will go home on the 2nd July, spend 2 days at home, then I'm off to Ireland with Emma on the 5th July for a week ... I am non-stop until then really. But then I will be home properly for the summer and I can just do my thingg :)
Next off, saying goodbye. Kayleigh left us on Monday straight after our presentation, but I know I'll talk to her like every couple of days on the phone because she's clingy like that :P. It was weird only cooking for myself though! I went back with Leanne to Stoke/Alton Towers on Tuesday, and then came back to Leeds on Thursday. It was sad times leaving Leanne, but I know I'll see her again in about 6 weeks anyway when we move across to the house. I also said goodbye to Faye on Friday. This was somehow harder than saying bye to Leanne. I will miss them both the same, but Faye's more emotional I guess so saying bye was quite weird, although it was good that she was on the phone and we were in the middle of the pavement so we had no time to get upset or silly! Which was good. I'm seeing Sam in a bit but I won't be sad leaving him cause he's a loser. :)
Item number three - I have just applied for a job as an extra in "Adult Films". LOL. It's really well paid apparently and you can just be a background extra, a voyeur or get really into it with the 'popular porn stars'. HAHA. What an experience it would be!! My brother John is also really keen for me to get it, so he and his friend can pitch their ideas to a real producer lol. This could generally be a really good thing. Or it could be awful. But we'll hope it's brilliant lol. Fingers crossed for me guys! Haha.
Well I best be off,
Love and peace to all,
kjxxx

Laughter
Good evening all! I hope we are all well.
Tonight I am going to talk about laughter. The incredible drug that is laughter.
I was previously writing a blog about the recent earthquakes in Chile and Haiti but I've had too light an evening to post about such a serious topic, I would not do it justice.
First off, what makes you laugh? I know what/who makes me laugh. A lot of people make me laugh, but there are some people that there is no doubt that you will laugh when you talk to them. One of these is James Fleury. Tonight, he has told me one of the funniest stories I think I've heard for a while - he was drunk with his friends Mike and Niall on Niall's treadmill last night before heading to tigertiger Croydon, when he fell over at the back of the treadmill and kept hitting himself as the treadmill obviously carried on; took out Mike on his way down, who in turn pushed Niall off the side of the treadmill into the computer. James then went on to describe this as 'bad times.' but on the contrary, I think this is brilliant times! I often laugh at others hilarious misfortune.
Let me tell you a little about James Fleury. He came to a house party of mine last May and got so drunk he threw up Paella in my garden and was put to bed with a sick bucket at about 11.30? He is also obsessed with music and often sends me and others links to YouTube videos of great performances of songs we like. My nicest photo of the night is almost always with him for some reason.
Another thing James did tonight to make me laugh was that I said something regarding seeing someone being worth the hassle, but it was quite funny, and he says 'lmao! i do miss you katy jones. and the funniest part is that i can actually hear you saying that in my head!'. I laughed so much, just because I know exactly what he's on about. Possibly a had-to-be-there moment. So anyway, that's James.
Next up is Miss Kayleigh O'Brien. We laugh so much when together, remembering such situations as 'finish yourself off!', 'I don't do crying people!' and the shalabalaelaleidngaknfdjn song ... she'll know what I mean! Although it's bad at times when we're trying to have a serious conversation but one of us just sits and laughs [especially when the song comes on in the bar], it does bring light to any situation, and for that, I thank you Miss O'Brien! As we often say, 'if you didn't laugh you'd cry!', and I for one know I'd rather laugh than cry with you. :)
There are loads more people who make me laugh but reflecting on the last day I had to write something about those two.
Now things that make me laugh:
http://www.wikihow.com/Kiss < I discovered this today when I was thinking about the different types of kiss and what I personally prefer [we may discuss this at a later date!] and thought I'd see how wikihow tells us to do it.
Funny films - Step Brothers, Anchorman, 40 Year Old Virgin, Superbad.
Funny programmes - Family Guy, The Simpsons, Friends, Scrubs.
Random events - Seeing a Ferrari motorised scooter, buying a light saber for a 19 yr old's birthday - setting this same light saber off on the bus, drawing massive penises all over Tara Mani Lundie's Physics notepad with Joe Royle, etcetc.

Hope this has given you an insight into what makes me laugh! I've had such a good evening, just have a look at this >>
That's how I've felt all evening!
Great day :D
